Refund policy
- All items sold are not returnable, refundable, or exchangeable as it comes from India and return shipping is way expensive.
- In case a wrong item or damaged item is received, customer have to inform us within 7 days of delivery, then only we provide return or refund solutions.- an unboxing/parcel opening video from the seal is required from our customer service team to claim the exchange on a fairground basis.
- In case items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, missing pieces, or altered in any way.
- If the request is accepted, it is the customer's duty to ship it back to us within 5 working days. A refund will be processed upon receiving the item.

We would recommend all items be drycleaned prior to use as well as to preserve the quality of the item.

For free-sized items, there is no exchange policy. For an item that has sizes, it is the customer's responsibility to check on the measurements. Any loose threads are not considered as damages. Discounted items are not valid for refund/exchange.

A washable stain is not considered damage.

5% - 10% of color variation is expected due to different lighting and photographic sources. An item with dual-tone abilities may look varied from a different angle.
